SaaS - Under NDA
Challenge: This company was struggling with poor account data quality. Thousands of accounts were missing a URL, had the wrong URL, or had been acquired and redirected to a different business. In addition the industry tags were inconsistent, inaccurant, and didn't align with their GTM efforts. As a result, sales reps frequently ended up with accounts with little chance of success and imbalanced territories, causing significant frustration.
Solution: Using our enterprise-grade crawler, we scanned the websites of every account in the CRM—using multiple locations and browser types to minimize false negatives. This process produced a list of URLs that either failed to respond or redirected, and we crawled any redirects as well. Next, we used AI Research Agents to verify whether each CRM record matched the information on its corresponding or redirected website. As a result, we obtained a comprehensive list of accounts requiring attention—most of which could simply be removed from the CRM, and for many, we were able to automatically identify the correct URL.
Challenge: NeckCare sells a medical device to chiropractors and physical therapists across the United States—both enormous markets. They use a blend of inbound and outbound efforts. However, because their device is only relevant to providers specializing in upper cervical issues, motor vehicle accidents, or concussions, they needed a way to filter out all other leads and accurately tag the relevant specialties for each account.
Solution: We first configured and tuned a AI Research Agent on the NeckCare's existing CRM data. Once it was accurately able to complete the task we purchased a list of every chiropractors and physical therapists in the country, approx. 500K subjects. We then used Gainbox to identify the roughly 28K that where relevant for the client.
SaaS - Under NDA
Challenge: One of their requests was to identify all membership organizations across multiple regions and languages. Many of these organizations are simply categorized as non-profit by generic data providers, which includes numerous irrelevant accounts. Additionally, they needed to know the number of members these organizations have, as this directly correlates to the size of their opportunity with each account. Before working with Gainbox, they had attempted to use data like employee count, but an organization with many members does not necessarily have a lot of employees.
Solution: We deployed an AI Research Agent to analyze the websites of over 100,000 accounts in their CRM. The agent categorized each organization based on specific criteria and extracted membership counts by identifying "brag tags"—statements or badges on websites that highlight membership numbers. This information was then updated in Salesforce. All new accounts are automatically analyzed and categorized upon entry, ensuring up-to-date and relevant data.
This solution addresses the challenges by accurately identifying relevant membership organizations, providing precise membership data, and ensuring continuous data accuracy and relevance.
